Spot On
The first thing I thought of when I read the book was, "That's exactly what I thought", but I couldn't put it into words. If you have spent enough time in IT, then most of the foundational information that the authors leverage off of is common sense. The Customer / IT worker conversation and review of each of their perspectives on page 101 and 102 is worth the cost of the book! IT people will always spend time and money to learn about technology, it's hard to get them to invest in "Soft Skills". This book is a perfect tool for both new and seasoned IT managers, as they struggle to do as well with the people side of their job as they do with the technology side.
