A must read!!
I got a lot out of the book and found it extremly helpful in my career. So many items can be taken directly from the book and applied to your job.I was lucky enough to study under Dr. Luftman during the fall of 2003 at Stevens Insititute of Technology in NJ. Dr. Luftman is very insightful and truly understands the needs for aligning Business and IT. Dr. Luftman engages on a regular basis all of the top CIOs in the NYC market. Besides this book, I recommend Dr. Luftmans other book "Align in the Sand". Another great work. I guarantee after reading the book you will truly understand what it takes to make your IT group a Value Center rather than a Cost center.
