Don't buy this if you already have 'Core Jini'
It's great for beginners. However, if you have a book 'Core Jini' and have read it before, you don't need to buy this book. He is just summarizing the contents of the book. I expected that he is going to show us not only theory but also examples but he didn't in this video.

Excellent Learning Tool
It is a great video for learning this new technology. I found it with its companion book and the wonderful exercise website, the fastest way to understand the basic concepts of Jini and move forward to understand code. This is an excellent resource for whom is familiar with standard distributed systems ( C/S ), it explains in details the differences between these two models. Even it's little expensive, but it is a money well invested. I would like to thank the author, he really did good job.

The Jini Tutor
The book is focused for those who are beggining to use Jini technology and for those who are trying to have some service implemented. The video is really a great way of learning. The idea was very useful and made the learning faster. I'll always recommend it !
