..this book is very easy to read... and there are very very exercices to help in the learning, also the topics of structures data is sufficent vast! good luck!

This is a very good book
If you are interested in trees (Binary Search,Generic & Multiway ) & Graphs this book could be a very good reference. Common Data Structures are also dealt with very nicely.
