Matlab for undergraduate mechanics of materials
This book provides many useful examples on basic statics and strength of materials for undergraduate engineering students. These engineering problems are explained with governing equations and solved using MATLAB functions and m-files. Demonstration of beam theory, stress transformation, and truss structures will be beneficial for student to visualize the characteristics of the structures under various loading conditions. Overall I liked the book and the m-files are well documented and available from the Mathworks website.
