Awesome!
This book is great! I am new to Flash and this book does a great job of teaching. The hands on exercises are good and the author does a great job of explaining things. I have tons of computer books and this is one of the best ones I've read. The book gives lots of detail yet it is easy to move quickly through the book. If you are looking for a good Flash book, this is the one!

Great Visuals, Easy to Read
I currently purchased this book for a college animation class. I admit that this is one of the best text books I've bought. Lots of great visuals and lots of information. What I like the most about it is that it covers everything in a simple way. It's not dumbed-down. Its not a text dominant learning manual. Its just very easy to follow and makes learning Flash easy. I picked it up and used it as a refrence. Within 3 days I was making an animation. Highly recommended.

Very Easy and Powerful book
I worked with Swishmax for about a year and wanted to learn about real FLASH. Let me tell you guys the interface is completely different. I knew nothing in flash. I purchased this book completed pages and pages of the book so quickly and learning all the material. This book is a great beginners book and a recommendation to all newbies. You'll be amazed how fast you learn flash 2004 MX. I'm ready for my next book in only a few weeks. Easy to read, "HANDS ON TRAINING" as stated. Good Job.
