Errors in the text and unclear definitions
I am using this book as the text for an internet class on Access and am very disappointed in the clarity and quality of the book. The database names on the CD do not correspond the text. Explanations of concepts, for example the different types of relationships, I found to be more clearly defined in the Microsoft manuals that come with Access. There are places where the text refers to an example that does not correspond to the text (e.g. pointing out that an option must be selected and it is not checked in the example). There must be a better written book!!!

This is supposed to be a reference?
I suppose if you've never seen Access before, this could be a good book to enable you to build very simple databases. As a reference I find it atrocious. I probably should have found something that wasn't a "for Dummies" style book.

Worthy of the name "Bible"!
This is an excellent book that is very easy to read & understand. The autor even offers a website for additional info!
