Not that bad...
The title baited me in. I was apprehensive because I didn't see much of a use in malware for crypto, or rather I didn't see how it could be productive. I was surprised to find it was rather useful and has added a trick or two to my malware analysis toolkit. You need to have a pretty heavy crypto understanding to make use of it though.
