This book is a gem for anyone marketing and developing IP products / services as it covers the process from concept, feasibility, business plan, and technical considerations.The case studies included also earn the authors practicality points, since they have been able to deliver experience to us readers, having the big time hands on that they have shared. By the way, in case you have a chance to hear author Monique Morrow speak to Telecom and IP professionals, check her out - her "stage presence" is worth the time and admission...!
