This is absolutely garbage
This is absolutely garbage. First be aware that WROX is out of business. They have sold their titles to several publishes. It is basically a very short article which is copied from MSDN and tells you nothing at all about Centralized Error Handling for N-Tier. Look elsewhere for information on this topic. Further, after you download this, you can't get your money back and good luck complaining to Amazon. This is highway robbery.
