You can start a New DW8 Exam Buster Test by going to File -> New Test on the main menu, pressing CTRL + L, or click the New Test icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

You will see a dialog similar to this:

Choose which test you would like to begin and click the OK button.

After selecting a test, you will be prompted for your name (as pictured below) and your test will begin once you click the OK button. Click for information on the DW8 Exam Buster testing screen.
