After you have completed answering the questions in your test and are satisified with your answers, you can score your test to see the results. You can score your test by going to Action -> Score Test on the main menu, pressing CTRL + D, or by clicking the Score Test icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

Before your test is scored you will be presented with the following window:

This window will inform you of questions you have not answered or still have bookmarked. You can choose to go to any question by clicking on the question and then click the Goto button. If you are satisfied with your test, then simply click the Score Test button and your test score will be calculated.
