You can control several program settings by going to View -> Program Options on the main menu, pressing CTRL + K, or click the Program Options icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

You can control the look and feel of the question and answers during your test.

You can control the Font, Text Color and Background Color of both the Question and Answers.

To change your question and answers appearance, click the 'Question/Answers Appearance' icon in the tree control in the left-hand panel and select which font and colors you like best and click the OK button to save your choice (as shown below).
