You can control several program settings by going to View -> Program Options on the main menu, pressing CTRL + K, or click the Program Options icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

You can control the look and feel of the toolbars in DW8 Exam Buster.

Flat Appearance:

Non-Flat Appearance:

To change your toolbar appearance, click the 'Toolbar Button Appearance' icon in the tree control in the left-hand panel and select whether you want flat toolbars or not and click the OK button to save your choice (as shown below).
