You can open a previously saved test by going to File -> Open Test on the main menu, pressing CTRL + O, or click the Open Test icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

You will see a dialog similar to this:

You will see all the tests that you have saved. The name, number of questions in the test, time left, and date saved are displayed in the dialog. You can select a previously saved test and click the OK button to resume your test. You can also select a test and click the Delete Test button to permanently delete the saved test.

After selecting a saved test, you will be prompted for your name (as pictured below) and your test will resume once you click the OK button. Click for information on the testing screen.
