You can control several program settings by going to View -> Program Options on the main menu, pressing CTRL + K, or click the Program Options icon on the main toolbar (as pictured below).

One of the options you can control is whether your exit from CFMX Exam Buster is confirmed with a dialog (as pictured below).

To change your exit confirmation preference, click the 'Exit Confirmation' icon in the tree control in the left-hand panel (as shown below). Then you can check or uncheck the checkbox labeled 'Confirm Exit when closing CFMX Exam Buster'. Click the OK button to accept your changes and close the options window.

Note: Exit confirmation will always take place if a test is in progress.
